ACTUAL QUOTE FROM ORIGINAL ARTHUR CONAN DOYLE WORKS:
JOHN SAYS: “… Miss Morstan has done me the honor to accept me as a husband in prospective.”
[Sherlock] gave a most dismal groan.
“I feared as much,” said he. “I really cannot congratulate you.”
-MY HEAD CANON IS OVERLOADED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER, IF CONVENIENT. IF INCONVENIENT, TRY LATER ANYWAY-

Now that I’ve read some of them, I’m rewatching the Sherlock pilot and I’m seeing all the allusions to the original works. I get really excited every time I see one.

Honestly, though. I should be saving money for Italy.
I mean, it’s only ten days.
I can’t shake the feeling that I’m going to go spend more money that I should be saving for lunch funds for when I travel.
But… Sherlock.
Let the fandom decide (and I would actually love some answers): should I, or should I not go buy the Complete Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conon Doyle at Barnes and Noble?
